NEWSSEPTEMBER 2005 - KEITH SWANSON PRES, CEO: Strand Products is excited to announce the hire of new President and CEO Keith Swanson. OCTOBER 8, 2004 - ISO 9001 : 2000 Certified: Strand is now ISO 9001:2000 certified has begun to focus primarily on wire rope assemblies for the Medical Industry. Many of its customers now require conformity to the ISO standard to insure 100% traceability for all materials. Strand 's capabilities have been further complimented with the recent completion of a class 10,000 clean room, and has acquired the means to perform a wide range of tasks pertinent to the assembly, inspection, cleaning and packaging of critical cables for Medical customers. OCTOBER 1, 2004 (Lake Tahoe, NV) - Strand Products is awarded the 2005 Western States Chapter ESOP company of the year by the ESOP organization. Strand Products will go on to compete in the 28th Annual ESOP Conference May 11-13, 2005 in Washington, D.C. against other Chapter frontrunners for company of the year.
